Billing questions
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits return to your balance automatically, usually within seconds. You are only ever charged for output you actually receive.
What if I just don't like the result?
That is not a failure, so the credits stay spent — the AI cost was real. But a variation costs less than a fresh generation, and editing the text on a cover is always free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your monthly allowance resets each billing period. Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is open.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings → Billing, with no notice and no reason required. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your card issuer converts at their own rate, and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
