Delivery Policy

Your purchase gives you access to the Make My Content web application and a balance of credits to spend on generations. Everything the service produces — scripts, reel covers, carousels, thumbnails — is delivered inside your account as a downloadable file. No physical goods are sold, produced or shipped.

• Account access is granted immediately after you sign up.
• Subscription credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment provider — normally within seconds.
• Credit packs are added on the same basis.
• If a payment is flagged for manual review by the provider, access begins once they confirm it, usually within a few hours.

Generations are queued and processed as soon as capacity allows. Text generations typically complete in under a minute; image generations usually take one to three minutes. Times vary with the length of the request and with third-party AI provider load, so these are expectations rather than guarantees.

You do not have to wait on the page. Work continues on our servers, and finished output appears in your project whenever you return.

Generated files stay in your account and can be re-downloaded at any time while the account is open, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. Scripts export as text, images as standard web and print-ready formats.

If credits do not appear after a successful payment, or a completed generation does not show in your account, email workprince7070@gmail.com with the payment date or project name. We respond within 48 hours and will either deliver what is owed or refund it under our Refund Policy.

The service is available worldwide over the internet, except where we are prohibited from providing it by applicable sanctions or export-control law. You are responsible for having an internet connection and a current browser.
